Don't just take my WORD FOR IT!

Updated: Sep 9, 2021

I have a question FOR YOU

Do you consider yourself to be a heart-centered, open-minded person, a seeker, or an emerging conscious leader with a sincere desire to move beyond old painful patterns that have kept you back from living your best life? BUT old patterns or limiting beliefs of "not ENOUGHness" (not good, loved, capable, ready, or stable enough) seem to be holding you back from having a healthy life or meaningful relationships...

So if you battle with procrastination, self-doubt, criticism, uncertainty, pain, addiction, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, isolation, or grief .... patterns that were forged in trauma and are hard to break free from on your own, you are at the right place. Because whatever pain we may experience from another’s judgment of us is nothing in comparison to the pain we will undoubtedly feel by playing small and not living up to our desires and dreams.

It means shrinking so others won’t feel insecure around us – it’s allowing fear to keep us from sharing our gifts, from being visible, from finding solace. But when we dare to write our book, leave an unhealthy or unfulfilling relationship, quit a job to start our dream business, or whatever it is, we inspire others to do the same.

We rise, and it creates ripple effects. Playing small has a cost, and it is our happiness.

Too good to be true?
