Hey folks! A few months ago I joined a local cricket club and noticed some of our faster bowlers seemed unstoppable by the end of long matches. Curious, I looked up what elite fast bowlers do for training and found this guide: https://amourvert.com/articles/the-training-routines-of-elite-fast-bowlers. It goes through sprint workouts, shoulder strengthening, and recovery routines. I tried a few exercises from it last week, and even after a short session, I felt a real difference in my stamina. Has anyone else experimented with these kinds of routines, and did it help with your bowling speed or endurance?
