What is AI Writing Text? or [What is AI Content?]
AI writing text is often known as AI-written text or AI-generated content which is all about a tool or software that works or is based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology that is designed to produce human-like writing.
"Fortune Business Insights projects the global AI market will grow from $387 billion in 2022 to $1.4 billion by 2029"
AI content writers are often used in situations where the writer needs to produce lots of text and the text needs to be of high quality without much supervision.
AI content writers can help human writers improve their writing by providing alternative phrases that are more persuasive or engaging which is a need of the hour in any business.
"The ability of AI to automate laborious tasks, whether physical or cognitive, will help us reimagine the division of labor between humans and machines" - scale blog
AI writing text is often used by marketing departments to make sure their copy sounds authentic.
AI writing text has its benefits, especially: It frees up human writers to do more creative work, and it can improve the flow and readability of copy.
Is AI Harmful?
Based on some reviews posted on numerous online platforms, marketers and content writers have expressed that AI-generated content [AI content] or AI text is original or unique, and passes plagiarism tests.
Will AI Take Over?
AI will not take over completely.
It is already being used to help writers create higher quality content, write more engaging blog posts, social media ad copy, sales copy, marketing copy, and headlines, and also write better customer emails that help to drive clicks, traffic, conversions, and delight customers.
“55.4% of survey respondents reported using AI content tools for writing short-form copy e.g. social media posts, product descriptions” – Aira and Verblio’s Future of AI Content Marketing Study
"With technology evolving rapidly every day, it's hard to say what the future holds. But one thing is for certain: we keep pushing forward and trying new things. AI is here to stay, and it's time to get with the program"- QuillBot
Does AI Content Rank?
Here are some of the tweet excerpts about AI Content Ranking:
"AI can help you produce top-ranking quality blog posts in less than one hour" - @Traffic4SME
"AI can help you stay ahead of the curve and explore all the possible ways to optimize your content for better ranking" - @Scalenut_AI
"With the number of AI writing tools (artificial intelligence) available now, you can become a blogger with ranking content without working your brain out" - @MichaelGregoryB
"SEOs: I can't believe this AI content is ranking" - @MarvDominguez
"AI-generated content is still topping on Google" - @contentmints
"Yes, but I'm not sure if it's a good long-term strategy to use Ai to write content, even as an assistant" - @iUmarFarooq
"No matter how many words GPT-3 can string together, it lacks the uniquely human skills that are necessary to communicate effectively. It’s not just about words and coherent paragraphs -- it’s the right words for the right people at the right time" - copyblogger
But wait, here is the good news for you if you are using AI-generated content that I got to read in one of my favorite newsletters Stacked Marketer that says:
"… And lastly, is Google really targeting AI-generated content? Danny Sullivan says “no,” Google is targeting content written for the algorithm rather than for humans.
As long as you’re using AI content to help you meet search intent, you should be fine" - via Search Engine Round Table
Finally, the buzz surrounding AI content was put to rest when Google released Google Search Guidance on AI Content while permitting it for use:
“AI has the ability to power new levels of expression and creativity, and to serve as a critical tool to help people create great content for the web” – Google Search Central
It also has the potential to significantly improve the quality of life and the efficiency of businesses.
Overall, using such AI content generation technologies to promote businesses through content and generate leads and sales is a huge relief for marketing and content teams to stay ahead of the competition.
